iPASS Program

Individualized Pediatric Academic
Support Services

When medical needs interrupt a child’s education, families and schools often need help navigating both healthcare and educational systems. The iPASS Program provides individualized coordination to ensure students remain connected to learning while managing their health.

iPASS supports students whose medical conditions affect their ability to fully participate in school. By coordinating communication between families, healthcare providers, and school teams, the program helps schools understand the educational impact of illness or treatment, maintain continuity of learning during absences, and support successful school re-entry.

How the iPASS Program Works

Initial Consultation

We begin with a conversation to understand your child's medical situation, educational needs, and current school supports.

Based on your child's needs, we coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and school teams to develop a plan that supports both learning and health.

Individualized Planning

Ongoing Support & Advocacy

We continue to collaborate with the school team, monitor progress, and adjust supports as needed to ensure continuity of learning and a successful return to school.
